I have more than 10 years of experience in International Accounting.
Since 2012 my focus is accounting & consolidation for international groups & investment companies according to GER-GAAP, US-GAAP & IFRS. In addition, I worked for more than 10 years for tax consultants & accounting firms in the field of taxes & accounting.
Based on my professional experience for national & international group companies I have acquired a structured and goal-oriented way of working. I was always required to have a hands-on mentality, analytical thinking and constuctive communication, which I have retained until today. In the execution of projects I always act result- & customer-oriented.
My approach
The most important step is to get a general overview of the company and the required project tasks in a short time and to define the desired "TARGET" in close cooperation with the involved stakeholders. Subsequently, the project goal has to be focused through constructive & open communication and agile management. During the project phases, the requirements are regularly reviewed and necessary changes or adjustments during the implementation phases are coordinated with the project members and implemented.
